Shipping & Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from City Collections. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns, and replacements.


Shipping

Processing time
Most orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping time
Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after your order ships (U.S.). Delivery times can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs (and any free-shipping promotions) are shown at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging
Prints are carefully packaged to arrive safely—typically in a sturdy protective tube or rigid mailer, depending on size.

Address changes
Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

How to start a return
Email us at [support@citycollections.net] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.


Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After an order is in production or has shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
