Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from City Collections. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
Return window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
How to start a return
Email support@citycollections.net with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
We’ll reply with return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
Please note: it may take a few business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong item/size, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund.
Notes
- Color variation: slight differences may occur due to screen settings and print production; this is not considered a defect.
- Frames: not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Cancellations & order changes
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After an order is in production or has shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
